what should Input as a postcode in the UAE?

knowing that I live in the UAE, purchasing a digital gift requires a postcode (which is not availble in the UAE) , I tried inputting 00000, N/A, my p o box number, the card's cvv and even its pin, nothing seems to be working

Hi, Scroll to the bottom of the webpage until you see a tiny globe icon, Click that and select your region, I think the webpage has defaulted into the North American site like it does sometimes when you try to change your gamertag. Let me know how this turns
out

Before we had postcodes here I used to put in 0000 and it worked.

what should be the best solution for this? i chosed UAE as my region for both microsoft and xbox since its region supported. i also change to UAE as my payment and billing details to have them match. will a prepaid card worldwide/global solve this?

You should still get it.The postcode is mainly just for use at the sorting office so your item is sent to the right sorting office for your area but it's not essential.

I've sent things in the past with no postcode on them at all & they got delivered but it might take a bit longer.

As long as your actual address is correct then you should be fine.
