    It can be classed as well as cheating in some ranked games so you can report it under that as well. It's a tricky subject but game devs do like people reporting it.

    There should be other categories in the drop down menu on the Xbox Live report system as well. You should report them on there as well as with Ubisoft, if possible. Cheating or Unsporting Behavior would be good, and when you're presented with more options
    Spam/Advertising or 'Something Else' may be the best bet. Be sure to describe clearly what happened if you can. The Enforcement should take all the steps necessary, you just need to report it first.
