I would recommend that you
request a call from Support instead. This way an agent can help you without fear of being d/c.

There are agents specifically trained in certain depts. but most are multitalented and should be able to cover you for this specific matter. Meaning, dont be afriaid to mess with the Contact us option untill you find the one you seek [usually
billing does the trick].

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately the chat service has been unavailable for the past week, therefore there is no way to get in contact to let them know about my situation.

I regret so much for having purchase an Xbox never thought the support was this bad.

Two Months is too long, However, Only Xbox Support can assist you on your request, they have means to do an inquiry and know the whereabouts of your controller. You will have to stay in the queue until you reach out an agent on Live Support.

If you have ever used that email address to send an email to an aimgo or family member, you could ask them to reveal the information you need.

You may also be able to identify it if you have an associated Skype account.

Regarding associating another account to PS, unfortunately this is not possible, I share with you the official information about it which you can consult here:

I’m afraid the online servers for GTA 5 on Xbox 360 were shut down back in December 2021 as officially confirmed by Rockstar here:

What’s the game that’s freezing? A lot of games, apps, and features have unfortunately been discontinued on the Xbox 360 as it costs money to keep the servers up and few players are active on there. These decisions aren’t always made my Microsoft/Xbox - it’s often the game developers/publishers and app owners who are responsible.

Also keep in mind that the Xbox 360 Store and Marketplace will be retired from July this year:
