What should I do about another online gamer who is attempting to treat multiple people in...

So there is a online player game tag who has a YouTube channel of the same name that his game tag is, he helped me a number of times on one particular game acquire currency so that I can spend it for experience points to build my characters build. And also is helping with other items and weapons. Not very often, but quite seldom I would ask for his help and he said he accepted tips so I would send him money through PayPal and that was fine . But not long ago he sent me a message was basically saying that he had wanted my support because he wanted this sponsorship to go down pretty well and he was asking a lot of other people too. So he sent me a bunch of links on his discourse and then at the end of one of the messages he said , and it was if this was a copied and pasted message he’d send out on mass or he just sent it out on mass large group of people, remember not to use a VPN or an ad blocker so he can track absolutely everything. And then at the end, he put his gamer tag and then Legion directly after. The whole reason for asking people not to use their VPN or app blocker because of some kind of a sponsorship it was on mobile games. Should I report this guy and if I do who do I do it to and should I make people aware of them with screenshots on Reddit for example? Because he does have a YouTube channel so he is an aspiring gamer that wants to create a lot of influence in his chosen genres. He’s not the nicest person I was online with pretty much made me feel like I was stupid as well and he was more intelligent, kind of with a lot of other little things as soon as I finish reading that message. So it’s obvious he is intention is to take advantage of peoples privacy and do whatever he can or whatever he wants colour wise online to them. What’s the protocol? What is the etiquette for dealing with a person like this?
