What parent account am I under?

I understand you need help with your family group.

Log into your account first and check if there is a family group you are included in.

You can find it on https://account.microsoft.com/family/

You will know that there is if you see another account in the page set as the "organizer".

There's no option "Promote child account" neither "Parental Control Account" But actually, I think my account is under 18. What am I supposed to do?

That's what I had thought. Just hoped there was a way around it under the authorisation of the parent or parent account. Ta.

Okay more information from my mother:

I am not listed under her microsoft family account.

As far as I am aware, I am only under the xbox live family account.

Either this, or my xbox live account is somehow a child account with no parent account attached.

I don't think this is possible though, because if I try to go to xbox.com and change my settings, it says that my parent needs to do so.
