What other contact options do I have for xbox game pass?

The same customer support you reached out to before is the only means to talk to a real person in time with you for this problem on Xbox's side, so if you want to talk directly to someone, you'd have to follow the link provided by @XDWifiLagg.

Also, if this is the only game that is having problems, if general troubleshooting does not do the trick, it is sometimes best to contact the developer as they would be the first to know if this is something that happens in regards to this
game from time to time.

You have tried to get in touch with the game developer, I think they are in charge of solving you, it would help a little more information like knowing which game and in what part

The game is Metro last light redux version that I have been playing digitally from xbox game pass.

The game isn't currently installed so I can't specifically say what chapter. I can tell you this is my 2nd playthrough so whatever is going on never happened the 1st time through.

Can you please explain how this would be the game developer and not the service I'm playing it through?

Ok so my problem here is that nobody explains that it doesn't give you the option to speak with someone/get a callback unless they are open. Nobody has explained this to me and last time I had to contact microsoft was awhile ago so there was a number I could
use. Hence the reason that I received the two same options everytime I checked (24/7 help from a gamer or xbox support on twitter)

The freeze solution instructions are of no help because all the steps I've done dances a mile around it. Besides it's then first part of the journey. But its not a normal game freeze that's happening.

There just does not seem to be enough help when it comes to figuring out an issue with a digital game NOT physical.

If these "AMBASSADORS" would take the time to actually explain what they mean and to not just post and run then things would be better as well instead of leaving a half

I'll leave it at that...after I was finally given an option to get a callback (3hr) wait I got someone who was able to help with helpful troubleshooting. We did a console reset, we cleared all the saved games on the console, unplugged everything after shutting
off the console by holding the power button. I redownloaded the game and still did the same thing. Finally as my last resort I went completely offline and into the game and had to restart the chapter completely (which i didn't want to with being over halfway
through on my 2nd "specific" playthrough I started 2 months ago went it did this)

Then I closed out of the game, powered off the console completely before turning it back on and going back online. Then when I started the game it finally continued because it wasn't freezing during the chapter load. Just hope I didn't have to
