    I can't believe that I spent $600 Canadian for an Xbox one x and there is no manual! The last "console" I owned was called Intellivision.

    Seriously, MS is there no place I can get a manual??

    Heck, I'd even pay extra for it. I'm completely lost here......

    The only real difference between Annex and this KOTH is warzone rules. I think the gametype is fine the way it is. I don't miss the old one cuz I rule @ this one.

    What, no manual?

    As with a lot of things these days the manual is online although there should be a basic setting up leaflet included.

  5. As another user who hasn't owned a console since the Nintendo that came with Duck Hunt and Super Mario Brothers, this isn't really the sort of "manual" I need. Where do I find actual INSTRUCTIONS on how to set it up and manage the accounts, and stuff? Actually,
    we used the basic set up leaflet to get started, but every time we have a problem with something, it takes FOREVER to get an answer using the support chat.

    There was more to my post,including a link to everything you need to know about setting up a console, but as is typical with these broken forums half of it is missing after I edited it.

    • This is why my xbox one x after a month hasn't been able to transfer all my games which are digital from my xbox one. Not every buyer is going to instantly know to go to a special xbox one x setup site. It is a bad error in on their part & will damage consumers
      trust to pay a large amount of $$$ & have no instruction in the box directing them on how important it is to Stop! Then have a simple statement directing them on a easily understandable step by step sure fire way to have no problems if they read how to set
      it up.. After "Stop!" you could in bold letters tell the buyer to go to the setup site for easy step by step instruction. I don't know how many people who were put in a bad position of what to do next, have lost control of their account by trying to figure
      the set up process by themselves. I can tell you the first level customer support aren't able to help fix the situation at all. If it was to save the cost of one piece of paper , the cost in overtime the higher level tech support workers are going to be working
      as a result of bean counting is going to cost Microsoft more $$$ in their pay. PLus the amount of consumers who are not happy at all with the zero value on an expensive purchase, or like myself still unable to get to a higher level tech who could fix the issue.
      To say I'm not a happy consumer is a huge understatement .

    last call to support was asked if I could be put on hold for a minute....38 minutes later with no other word from the customer support worker, I thought it was then ok to just give up. Typical saying one thing & doing another. Thats
    all I've had in my 5hrs. of phone interaction with a total of 4 to 5 different Customer support employees. which has added to the overall enjoyment I've experienced since over a month ago buying the xbox one x .I have been a loyal customer since the first
