What network related information does the XBOX cache between restarts ?

Hello again, to clear the cache follow the procedure below and then try a reset on your console.

1. Go to the Xbox press and hold the XBOX power button on the console for 10 seconds until it turns off

2. Wait 10 seconds until it turns off

3. Wait 1 minute with it off

4. Turn it back on

Xbox One reset keeping Games:

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

Note: You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

Its always online games. Apex and MW2 and occasionally fifa 22.

Apex - I get stuck at the start menu and its like the game is no longer receiving controller input.
MW2 - prox chat works intermittently. The in game friend list frequently shows incorrect information i.e everyone appears offline.

Doing clear of the mac address (restart of xbox), starting the game, then quitting, then starting the game always resolves all issues.

I am actively seeing if I can reproduce issues with Quick Resume removed. Its unclear if that is a temporary or permanent setting when I select it.

Hello Mac, under what circumstances do you have to do this, reset MAC works for some situations.

Could you tell me which games you try to play and need to do this?

Is it all online games or campaign?

Have you tried any procedures on your modem/router and on the console, if so which ones?

How do you clean the cache ?

Even removing Quick Resume does not help.

Restarting my xbox does not help.

Quiting the came does not help.

Generally cleaning the MAC is not necessary because it only restarts the system, the ideal is to clean the cache and remove the games that are in the quick resume.
