    What might the problem be with my pc?

    I recently got a PC (Motherboard : MSI Pro B550M-VC WiFi (MS-7C95) (4 PCI-E x16, 2 M.2, 4 DDR4 DIMM, Audio, Video, Gigabit LAN, WiFi)

    Monitor: Samsung LU28R55

    CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600x

    Memory: DDR4 size 16GBytes, channels 2x64 bit

    GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6600)

    My friend built my PC a little while ago, but it's been giving me problems ever since. We had to change the power supply a week after I started using it.

    The next 2-3 weeks, it was working fine, until it started acting a little strange. The GPU and CPU were at 100% utility when I wasn't doing anything, even to play games I had to lower the graphics in games and do what the AMD software recommended.

    About two days ago I stopped using it until I could figure out what was really going on, but note that this is my first PC, I don't have much knowledge on what to do or how to find out what's wrong with my PC.

    I'm not 100% sure, but it makes a weird sound, and I can't figure out if it's the fan or the power supply again. It also makes a strange beeping sound and the VGA light on the motherboard turns on. It also makes a “thud” sound when I shut it off (started doing that a few days ago.)

    Is that enough information for a good advice or for any suggestions? If not, advise me on what type of information is needed.

    I had a similar problem when installing Starfield on my PC. What fixed it for me was reinstalling the Xbox app entirely. You might also want to check your download queue because sometimes there's something downloading in the background that out-prioritizes what you want to download.

    I know this might be a very obvious question, but are you sure the xbox fan is still working? The other day on my PC my video card's fan blew out suddenly and my PC began shutting off randomly until I opened it up and realized it was no longer working.
    That might be your problem with the overheating.

    it might be that your PC needs a update i had same problem about a month ago and had auto update on and just assumed that my PC was up to date until I checked my settings for what ever reason my computer didn't auto update I'm not sure why it didn't update but after updating it the app worked just fine hopefully that it's as simple of a fix for you as it was for me

    Hi Egemen!

    It might not letting you play online as you might not own gold or gamepass ultimate as without these you might need to wait for the free multiplayer weekend(if the problem is on xbox as i see you put applies to pc and xbox)

    I'm using pc and I have xbox game pass pc beta. Do I need ultimate or something? And thanks for replying.

    It happens on my girlfriend's PC too, which is on the same network WiFi network as my own PC.

    Her PC also got to 2% on Skyrim before giving me the error. What might this mean?
