Being that the code of conduct has been violated either to a friend or anyone else and was reported that is why the suspension is in place. The system is in place to protect all on the Xbox. What one person doesn't find offensive another might. You can file
for a case review if you like and see if they will overturn the decision. Other than that I will be locking this thread as you have been answered with what course to take.

lol thing is I don't play on y'alls trash system for this very reason. y'all cater to babying people and don't actually monitor anything just pass an approval on it. So I didn't even know I was banned for 2 weeks until now. but now I have another mark
against me because your fail [Mod Removed - Profanity] enforcement team can't even make proper a judgement.

You will want to review the Xbox Live Code of Conduct at the
Enforcement site regarding that question. You can also review your suspension and, if eligible to do so, submit a case review there.

The Xbox Live Code of Conduct governs how we are to behave even when others are misbehaving. When you sign onto Xbox Live, or any other competing gaming network, you agree to their terms of service and Code of Conduct. Your use of them indicates your acceptance
of the agreements. You'll find that the other two competing gaming console platforms have very similar Codes to that of Xbox Live, so this is one place where all three seem to be in agreement.

That is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website.
