What kind of gamer are you? Solo, multiplayer, or both?

I play 99% solo and 1% cooperative multiplayer, I hate PvP Modes.

I'm more of a multiplayer guy, but if a games single player is good enough, I'll plsy/buy it, multiplayer or not.

Coop multiplayer is what I enjoy most and put the most time into. Rainbow Six Vegas was my first 360 game so I did the terrorist hunts a ton. I do enjoy online multiplayer, but only if I have two or three friends on my team. If the single player experience
is good a I will easily put dozens of hours into a game and the genre doesn't really matter.

 

99% solo as well. I'm not one of those people that can't play unless I'm in a party or playing MP.

 

Mainly solo these days but do enjoy multiplayer with friends when we find a game we all enjoy, so to answer the question both

 

Solo or co-op/multiplayer with friends.

Mostly solo though.

 

Solo or coop, used to love multiplayer shooters but there going a direction I just cant stomach.

Don't even like battlefield but gonna buy bf1 just to support the idea if nothing else.

 

Mostly Multiplayer, but I sometimes play solo games.

Games where I play multiplayer are MINECRAFT, COD BO2, Halo, Rocket League, OVERWATCH, Kinect Sports Rivals, etc. Solo games I play are games which strictly have no multiplayer in them, like Screamride, Final Fantasy XIII, and for PC, The Sims 4, and Planet
Coaster (which is in Alpha version). It explains why I have a full Xbox 360 friends list and get many voice messages from friends. So if my friends are busy or if I don't want to play with them, I play my own games or watch Netflix/YouTube.

Late 2010, I was deciding on whether to join PS or Xbox. PS comments are that the graphics are good. Where as Xbox comments Xbox Live online service with avatars, XBL Party Chat, voice messaging, Kinect, etc. I went with Xbox and am happy with that decision.

I'm also not really into PvP or especially 1v1. I know Microsoft released an update this week XD for Minecraft Xbox 360/Xbox 1 which introduces PUBLIC LOBBIES where you can join peoples games without having to be friends with someone in the game, something
which has been mandatory since Minecraft came out on Xbox.

 

I think the majority of gamers are solo which is surprising that edjits like Peter Moore from EA says no one would play singleplayer in SW Battlefront. Talk about someone out of touch.

 

I mostly play Solo games unless they have local co-op in them.

 

Both,i can enjoy Elite Dangerous,ESO but also,Witcher 3,Just Cause 3.

As long as i enjoy a game,don't really care if it's solo,coop,multiplayer,PvP or PvE.....

 

Like someone said it depends on the game and if any of my online friends have a game in common.

I'm a social player tending to play multiplayer more with family and friends.

Shame really as I have some cracking solo games installed begging to be played more.

Both its probably around 50/50. I will go for stretches of time playing a MP portion of a Game only for months and months and even years and then I will do the same with a SP Game playing it for months and years.

I do not like buying every new Game that come out because "reasons". I buy the few Games I enjoy and know I will enjoy regardless of MS/ SP Content and simply enjoy the Game for what it is.
