I was a ambassador , tester and insider of Xbox for a couple of years and i am very proud of the fact that i never got any problems with other gamers and had a clear history until 2018 .

One day i woke up and had a 12 years old account locked , i was surprised by that so i contacted microsoft to know why and what should i do , my surprise was even bigger when i was told that my account couldnt be recovered and i wouldnt be able to acess it on any microsoft platform.

I sent the recovery form requested when i tried to log in the account and after almost 20 forms in 3 years no one gave me info or reasons towards the destroyed account , for that reason i kept asking explanations and showing mistakes after mistakes from the support and cases created that instead of bringing light or solutions only made that microsoft one after another kept locking account after account reaching at this point 6 accounts.

it is a damm shame that first a company like microsoft doesnt know how to deal with their own mistakes and for that reason tries to shut up their clientes.

It is a shame that a company like this thinks they can have the power to destroy accounts and dont explain anything , worse is the fact that no one knows why or when were the accounts locked and some even say that my accounts are ok and the lock was only for 14 days (3 years later hyave no acess to them).

their actions are from people that have exactly no clue about what they are doing , what happened or how to solve it , tried to call the headquarters to talk to a boss and without saying almost a word i was insulted by the people answering the call .

sent a complain and got false information that i proved to be wrong with info shown still the guy behind the complain said he didnt gave a damm about what i said because the info wouldnt change no matter the proofs.

i am a costumer that gave years to this company , always respected the other players and feel insulted by a company that thinks is above the law and can do whatever the hell they want no matter the consequences of it .

i will do whatever i have to and take all the actions i have to take in order to expose this and demand responsabilities

i dont care from were their support is as long as they do their work correctly and dont damage their costumers , i was robbed in thousands of euros for their imcompetence

amazingly the situation gets even more stupid the more this goes .

yesterday spent 5 hours on chat with support because the agents lost connection time after time , the last one was in conversation with me for over 2 hours and i explained it very well still get an email from a manager saying things about how to unlock accounts , contact enforcement etc.. when i never requested it or worse i said my complain had nothing to do with unlocking accounts .

Sent a complain to the Buscond email who logged a support request on Azure for some reason i have no clue , 6.7 hours later the request was closed because someone said they dont deal with locked accounts.

Someone on that pathetic company knows what a complain is ?

someone over there understands that when people says "i am making a complain against xbox that has to do with the damage i took with the consecutive mistakes from agents "" , the reason is explicite , there is nothing requesting to unlock accounts (cant be unlocked ) neither anything asking how to do this or that about the accounts.

it is actually an insult that i spend hours saying i sent 20 forms and someone thinks they find a solution by answering me with a link i used 20 times.

it is that hard to ask for competence ? i know we are on a covid period but that doesnt explain this kind of things

The amount of years you have been giving them cash and helping them is irrelevant. If you break the rules, you will get punished just like anyone else. You don't get special treatment just because you have given them money for 'X' amount of years.

most of their support is in india and if you have as much experience as i do trying to collaborate with any indian call center business wise then as a consumer i would give up and get legal representation.

No just weird browsers like chrome or safari because they aren't as compliaant to webstandardss

If you check compatibility chrome is last of the major browsers as far as compatibility goes

Opera Firefox and edge all rate better even with edge having the same engine as chrome

And yes it affects flash html5 and java script
