    Harassment, abuse and threats, that's why I take away the game online, I'm avoiding me by moderators as mediocre as you, I want you to fix my problem, I'm tired of this situation, reports without meaning to affect good players like me, go , verify my account,
    I never threaten anyone, I was playing Roblox when this happened, what happens with you, they need to improve and moderators really work, I dislike their performance, see my case, I have always fulfilled the game policies and Punish me for no reason it's a
    shame, MY GT:

    Sorry that you're having issues; remember that most, if not all, of the official support for these forums work from the US so are not actually online right now, I'm sure that support will get these issues fixed for everybody quickly once they start their
    shifts and can begin working on the issues,

    What is your problem

    I don't now where MS support is at the moment but a lot of you guys are having issues, we just need to figure out what is going on. After reading some of the new threads you guys have posted, it appears that the main issue is you guys not being able to download
    the Day One patch and the area where this is occurring is mostly in Australia. Just to help MS support and get things organized instead of posting a crap ton of threads, just type in the issue you guys our currently facing and what Country you guys are from.
    If you live in the US just type in the State and your issues as well below. Lets try to stay calm and not panic. I've been reading up on all the threads and media outlets and so far this appears to be the only main issue beside one guy having problems with
    his disc tray. Other then that it appears to be software issue which can be fixed. This does not look like a PS4 debacle yet and lets hope that it isn't.

    "Microsoft has released an update to fix this issue. To install the update, follow these steps:

    Select the Start button in the lower left corner of the main screen and select Settings.

    Select Update and Security > Check for Updates.

    Select View optional updates, then select update KB5004476 from the list.

    KB5004476

    Select Download and Install.

    When the update is complete, restart the device.

    You should now be able to install, update and launch games.

    Are you still in trouble?

    Try deleting the Game Services registry keys and reinstalling the Game Services app on your Windows 10 device:

    Right-click the Start button in the lower left corner of the main screen and select Windows PowerShell (Administrator).

    From the Administrator: At the Windows PowerShell screen type the following command and press Enter:

    Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers

    In the same window, type the following commands and press Enter:

    Remove-Item -Path "HKLM:\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServices" -recurse

    Remove-Item -Path "HKLM:\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServicesNet" -recurse

    Restart the device.

    Right-click the Start button in the lower left corner of the main screen and select Windows PowerShell (Administrator).

    From the Administrator: At the Windows PowerShell screen type the following command and press Enter:

    start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

    Install the application on this page and select Yes when prompted for User Account Control (CCU).

    Try installing or starting the game again."

    The problem started with this error, and there are several other errors, I advise you to try.
