    What is wrong?


    I live in Russia and today it was announced that regional price politic has been enacted

    The problem is that I have already bought Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition for full price (4k rub instead of 2,6k rub). And that happend in RELEASE DAY of my favorite game...can you imagine how sad I am right now?

    Question: wiLl be there compensation for a difference in game price or it is just ok?

    You can use your Microsoft account balance to purchase subscriptions, but since it starts a recurring subscription, the system wants to make sure you have enough to cover the next payment (even if you plan on turning off auto-renewal).

    You can't use your Microsoft account as a payment method for a subscription. You need a payment method that supports ongoing payments like a credit card or PayPal.

    Unfortunately no one on the Forums can access your account remotely or verify details of it directly.

    If you would like to know when certain changes were made, it would be best for you to follow the instructions provided by @AridLizard

    Hey there. It can be different reasons (including those stated above) that is causing your problem. What type of connection are you using? Does your display pixelate when displaying anything else besides your console? Have you tried using a different display
    to test if the issue lies with your xbox. Please let us know how it goes. :)
