Why after 5 days i can't log in to my Xbox live account and every time I ask your support employees they say we are going to fix the problem and nothing is happening what is wrong with you why still there a problem with your website development don't
have responsibility in your company no one can take action to the problem you just need our money and don't want to give us what it worth

there is no way to delete an xbox account

you will have to create an new account if you selected the wrong region

you can also change the locale setting on your console settings for your prefered language locally

but only supported languages will show up on your xbox live account and marketplace

Same here - XBOX says 8015D003 - so now what? MS doesn't offer me a clue what can be wrong with my account .... and XBOX Live says there is something wrong with my MS account ...

There is something wrong - certainly - but with whom I ask //....... very confusing and time consuming ..... I have no solution. Help!

 

Could you provide more information on what is not working, were you are in the world (could be a regional issue) and the exact error code you are getting.

I now it's not region beside problem i have a lot of my friends havingthe same thing and it just started 5 days ago and i did everything they asked me to do and the Xbox till me all is good so why i can't log in

I have been for 5 days now why can't you find out what is broken and fix it

 

But on my Laptop I can access the full site and games but not through my xbox
