what is wrong with Xbox live?? >:@ error : 0x87DD000D on XBOX ONE

What is going on with Xbox Live these past couple months? First Live wouldn't recognize me as a Gold member due to a glitch that eventually got fixed, now I can't redeem codes or even open the Marketplace to check out this weeks deals.

I searched the error code : 0x87DD000D on here but the solution is for getting this error when trying to play a game...I'm simply trying to open the marketplace, the solution has NOTHING to do with why I'm getting the error....

I tried to open a chat, but that feature is down, i tried initiating a call-back but that also isn't working so here I am, wth Microsoft? I'm getting real sick and tired of all these errors and glitches, what am I paying $69.99+ Tax a year for?

Yes I hard reset, Yes I signed in and out, Yes i checked the Live status ( says everything is working fine except for something specific to the 360) Yes i checked my network, my NAT is open and working fine.

The enforcement team does not ban simply based on complaints. They investigate said complaints to determine if they are valid or not before any action is taken.

Per the terms of service they are not obligated to show specific evidence.

Your friend also did get a chance to repeal his case and provide any info that could help his case. That was what his case review was for but he chose to use that chance to threaten Microsoft instead of defend his case.

If he filed a case review and it was upheld then that means they investigated his case twice now and confirmed it was warranted.
