What is wrong with the Password recovery in Xbox and MSN?

To reset forgotten windows live password and id with MSN Password Recovery, i also have a bookmark about reset msn password, you can see it from [MOD REMOVED]

I think you first need to recover your account, it is possible that in this console not recognizing correctly, first try this:
