WHY WONT ANYONE SAY WHAT IS WRONG HERE? THERE IS NOT ONE THING WRONG WITH MY INFO. I SHOULD GET MY XBOX REWARD POINT WHY DETAIL PLEASE??? THEN FIX IT OR LET ME BUT TELL ME HOW IN DETAIL PLEASE THANK YOU.

Not receiving reward points for 12 mo Subscription renewal

It is advertised through xbox live rewards that anyone who renews their subscription will receive reward points via xbox rewards for doing so. In March i activated a 12 month subscription to xbox live which, according to the website, should net me 200 Microsoft
points. As of the time of this post i have yet to even see this pending in my reward points. Can anyone tell me what is 1. taking so long, or 2. What is wrong with my account that is not crediting me what is advertised.

Xbox live rewards won't deposit!!!!!!!!

I have 45000 reward points but it won't. let me deposit them, it says there is something wrong with my billing but from what i can tell there is nothing wrong with it. Help please

We responded with why this is occurring on your previous post at (WHAT WRONG NOW??? MEANING NOT GETTING MY XBOX REWARD AGAIN!!). When the billable account
database does not specify your billable account, we cannot complete a deposit because we cannot be sure if you would like your currency in that account, or even if you have access to that account. Since that database contains secure information, we cannot
fully access that database, and must rely on it's administrators to provide a resolution. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.
