What is wrong with my account

Out of nowhere my account started acting up and all my friends were removed from the friends list and the names were replaced with weird chinese looking text. I am very concerned

You need to see if your account is accetable with the minimum age of the game.

If you have the console set as your Home, you can still access games on other accounts even if the account is suspended.
