What is wrong with microsoft and xbox one service?

Every day xbox live has a service alert with something wrong. I pay for the service which i expect to work (not saying people dont work hard for microsoft). Ranging from not being able to play with friends to not being able to use my xbox at all. Something
needs to be done, something needs to be implimented to stop all this stuff from happening on a everyday routine. Can someone shine some light on why microsoft has such a hard time having a multi-million dollar service function properly?

There have been many people complain about the service or lack there of with regards to the performance of Microsoft Bingo. Whether it be not getting the rewards, not being able to log on to Xbox to play, to being kicked out during the game. I, myself,
have experienced all of the above. I am getting very frustrated with the whole process.

When a problem arises, one is directed to aka.ms/msbingost . Suggestions are: 1) Log in to Xbox (Which is fruitless when it won't let one log in. 2) Reset the windows store (Still Fruitless) 3) Uninstall then reinstall (All to no avail) 4) Insure all drivers
are up to date. (Nope, still no luck) 5) Perform a fresh install of operating system. (been there, Done that. Still no luck!

How far up the "Food Chain" must one go before one says Enough is Enough?????

I have performed all the above mentioned items and have not had any success with any of them. I know the program has worked before on both computers that own in the past. However, during the last 2 months I have not been unable to play Microsoft Bingo at
any time uninterrupted by crashes of one sort or another.

The computers I have are the following;

Toshiba ROG Laptop

HP Envoy Laptop

Both are running with ample memory and have Windows 10 Pro for the operating system.

Once again - How far up the "Food Chain" must one go before one says Enough is Enough?????

Billing support will always help you to pay your bill

Now if your billing option doesn't match your account region that would be an error you need to make.it match
