So far this is what i figured out.

Doing it again, lowering it from 120hz to 60hz on the xbox capped it at 13mbps, that is spinning around in circles on black desert.

Turning it back to 120hz made it cap around 20 mbps more like 18.

Changing it to 4k capped it at 8mbps and looks like it lowered it to 30 fps.

Turning it to 8bit PC rgb seems to have made the cap 27 mbps which seems the best, almost no blurriness from the stream.

As I said putting the streaming settings tied to the xbox video settings is stupid, but I suppose for the majority of people, who couldnt figure out the internet speed from the local network speed maybe it's a good idea I dono. Sounds like the worst streaming
software I have ever used ever to me.

If at 4k it set streaming to under 10 mbps and looks like garbage. If you set it to 1080 60 hz it dropped it to 4 mbps and looks like absolute trash. 1080 120 hz with PC rgb caps it at 16mbps and still has blurry nonsense.

The only way to get it over 21 mbps is put it at standard instead of PC rgb, , allow 50hz, allow 24hz, allow 4k, allow hdr 10, allow Dolby vision. This seems to make it go over 21 mbps and minimise streaming blur and it almost looks native.

What the nonsense is that logic, mind you I'm sure no one but me actually stares at the mbps and watches for blurry streaming problems, but hey that is legit nonsense way to set up streaming.

It shouldn't be capped at all that is legit nonsense. It takes well over 30 to 50 mbps to get a native looking streaming setting at 1080 60 hz, and over 75 for 120hz, so they legit got it all wrong. The most ridiculous part of it they got this thing capped
at like cell phone speeds, and dont even allow you to stream it over the internet. My upload is faster on my ISP than this things max setting, which is ridiculous. Considering my 5ghz wifi can do over 500 mbps, and the lan line connected to the xbox over 1000mbps.
    What is this nonsense?

I guess I am just not use to people putting hidden nonsensical setting on my devices. They are probably trying to make it work for the most people, but anything under 20mbps for streaming 1080 60 fps looks like trash. The settings should not be hidden in
the xbox video settings Haha, they should be clear cut under a streaming setting or remote play or play on windows setting.

Who ever set this up on Microsoft legit has absolutely no clue what they are doing.

    :)

What is with Microsoft xbox streaming settings they are ridiculous?

I didnt say it wasnt functional. I said it was stupid they put a cap on it, when there should be no cap or if they are to lazy to code in a auto detector of the speeds, to let me decide what it should be. Not just hide the settings in video modes in the
xbox, because they are to lazy to do it right. I was also trying to see if any one found more hidden settings to make it stream better. It's pretty clear though from the response I got, the majority of you know nothing, turn it on and hope it works. You said
it works, the other person said he trusts Microsoft and doesnt care, and the 3rd spouted utter nonsense about how it has to do with my internet speed, when streaming on the xbox for one cant be done over the internet easily unless you change your router settings
and force it to think it's on the home network, and 2 local traffic on the home network between 2 devices has Jack nothing to do with the speed of the internet. Unless you have a really really bad router and 1 GBps down and 1gbps up, and some one torrents
and downloads at the same time, which 99.9 percent of every one here does not have 1 gbps down and up, not do they max the internet speed 24 7.

If you think this is a good streaming system, a your bar is real real low for quailty, or 2 you never seen anything but it. Because even with 120hz ycc and the other settings where I managed to get it up to 20 and 30 mbps it still has blurry lines from the
rendering, and doesnt look anything like a native 1080 picture.

Here I'll make it alittle more simple for you. A blue ray player to get a good 1080 24 fps movie to play good needs.

However, as the minimum required data transfer rate for Blu-ray movie discs is 54 Mbit/s, the minimum speed for a Blu-ray
drive intended for commercial movie playback should be 2X.

So the only way to take a 1080 60 fps stream and lower it to work on 10 mbps is lower the picture quailty by alot. I mean this isnt rocket science, a hdmi cable is capable of gbps. A normal not from 20
years ago router is capable of 1gbps down and up.

There is 0 reason to cap the video stream of the xbox to 8 10 or 12 or even 30 mbps, when its home network only. Maybe 20 years ago, when routers were garbage and couldnt do that. Any modern 5ghz router is capable of 500 mbps easy up and down.

75 mbps is good enough, it's really hard to tell a 75 mbps 1080 60 fps stream from a native one.

My only other guess is the xbox x is not physically capable of streaming past 30 with out taking to much resources. But my guess is they were to lazy to program a different version between the xbox x and the xbox s, so it limits it based on that.

What is with Microsoft xbox streaming settings they are ridiculous?

What would my internet speed have to do with it? It doesnt use the internet to stream the xbox one to my PC on the home network? If they do that they are even worse than I thought they were, but I already know they dont, because my upload is between 15 and
20, and I have seen it go over 30. So why would you think it's the internet lol.

My network lan is capable of doing 1000 mbps up and down. My 5ghz is capable of doing over 500mbps up and down 1000mbps up and down combined. No one else was using the internet but me. Even if they were what is it you think that would do. I keep my kids
computers on the 2.4ghz network which isn't capable of doing more than 40 mbps and that's if you are on top of it. Which even if I hooked them all up to 5gz, my internet speed is 400 down 15 to 20 up. Even if they all tried to download a massive file at the
same time, the router would split that 400 up to them, that 400 doesnt come close to saturating the local network capabilities.

They capped it plain and simple. 4k is caps the stream st 30 fps and 8 mbps. 1080 60 hz caps it at 60 fps and around 12. 1080 ycc 120hz caps it at around 18. The best is 8 bit PC rgb 1080 120hz which caps it at 27ish which is almost enough for 1080 60 fps.

I already told you, when you change those settings it changes the caps on the mbps for some reason, it has nothing to do with my router capabilities.

Though I will try wired, for fun cause knowing Microsoft now with this. Nope the cap has nothing to do with lan or wifi.

Ps it also has nothing to do with internet haha.

What is with Microsoft xbox streaming settings they are ridiculous?

Yeah I figured that was the reason why they put the settings the way they did. They must if figured the average user of xbox wouldnt be able to figure out how to set it up, so they just put the lowest in, so people with garbage and no ability to see the
difference between a bad stream and a good one.

I have streamed, from playstation, PC, android, servers, and shadow PC. I can 100 percent say 5 to 20 mbps is no where near enough to stream a native 1080 60 fps picture to another device, with out having the image get blurry which it does, even at the settings
I found that raises the cap.

Putting a cap into is stupid, and definitely doesnt give any one with knowledge faith in thier abilities lol. It means they were to lazy or couldnt, program a automatic feature that could detect the speed between the computer and the xbox. So to save time
and money they just put caps on there that the average person wouldn't even figure out anyways.

What is with Microsoft xbox streaming settings they are ridiculous?

Theres many factors that could be playing a part here. Your internet speeds. If you're wired or wireless. How many other people in your home are using the same internet while you stream. What devices you are using to stream on. You may not have the ideal
set up for streaming. It sounds like it's more internet related then anything else.
