    What is up? is anyone from Microsoft reading these???


    There are at the time of this writing, 14 different entries concerning error code 0x80860010. In my case, I can get into Microsoft Mahjong, Sudoku and Word Games, but when trying to sign into Solitare collection, this error code comes up AND it says I am
    not connected to the internet, even though I am. It seems others are having this same problem, although with different games. Can anyone at Microsoft help with this???

    Upgraded from Day One console to Halo 5 bundle; Audio IR control for Vizio Soundbar no longer works!

    Patiently waited for update, hoping it would fix this.

    NO LUCK. Same issues; IR control is still erratic and broken.

    Is anyone from Microsoft reading this thread???

    doe anyone have any idea what's going on? I'm assuming this would be an update or patch issue for the Kinect. if anyone from Microsoft reads these forums can this be pushed up the chain? that way at least it will be a known issue.
