What is this new charge?

I have been charged a Microsoft*conso_v charge that I’ve never been charged before. Is this new? Monthly? Why?

Fortnite doesn't require a Game pass subscription to be able to play online.

Ok it was for game pass. Is game pass required for playing fortnite online with others?

So what happens to the $75 that was initially charged? Is that put on the card or reused for the new charge? The game comes out in 9 days..

You can still schedule a repair but there is a charge. Depending on what that charge is, it may be worth looking out for a deal for a new console, as there are some really good deals out there.
