I changed the email adress in the settings of

After that when I log in with *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** I don't get to the right xbox account.

(yeah, it sounds a little bit confusing... )

 

Go to enforcement.xbox.com and log in with your Microsoft account.

On the main page of Enforcement, you should see an icon of an orange hammer on the center-left, on the big tile about "Past enforcement actions". Click it, and you'll be brought to the page that explains what that Enforcement email was for.
