If youll check the Xbox support site support.xbox.com/ or simply search the site the warning message gives you and enter in the code your console gave you, you'll receive an explanation direct from Xbox support. At times they aren't always up to the moment.
This has been an issue for the past couple of days for myself as well. Hope this helps.
