What is the ship date for launch day Xbox One X Scorpio editions ordered from Microsoft Store

Will Scorpio edition Xbox one Xs ordered from Microsoft website be shipped so that they ARRIVE at customers house ON 11/7?

Or aren’t they going to be shipped out on the 7th...arriving at customers houses the following week?

If it is the latter, is there an option where a customer could pick up their scorpio from a Microsoft store, or even Microsoft campus?

Hello everyone, i pre-ordered the xbox one x scorpio edition in August. I just went on the microsoft online store, and it says pre-orders shipping by 11/30. Does anyone know why they are shipping out late? I thought we were going to get it on launch day?

I have a 2x xbox one X Scorpio editions on pre order and now paid for since the 22/08/2017. I just had a chat with online customer support that it wont ship until tomorrow being the day of the release. If that is the case then I wont
see the Xbox for a numbers of days after this.

I am just very disappointed that I wont be able to receive it on day one which I thought would. Otherwise i would have made the purchase in a physical store.

This is listed in the FAQ section of the website.

Pre-ordering now ensures you will receive the limited-quantity exclusive Xbox One X Project Scorpio Edition on the product launch date of November 7, 2017. After placing your pre-order, you'll receive an email confirmation and won't be charged until your
unit ships.'

It should say ' your product wont ship until the day of launch'..

They would be shipped so they'll arrive on the 7th.

 

@Smwutches I just had a less-than-ideal conversation with Microsoft Store support about this topic. They are ADAMANT that it will ship ON Nov 30th, no doubts about it. I hope they ship on the 4th or 5th. I was lucky enough to get mine pre-ordered and
it would be pretty ridiculous if MS basically punished people that ordered thru the store and didn't ship their product for a month. I could have gotten an X from Gamestop if that's the case.

 

If you preordered the Project Scorpio edition then it should arrive on the 7th. Those sold out quickly. So if you preordered any One X's after that first run, they won't ship out until the 30th.

 

I'd like to know the same thing. I ordered mine from the MS store seconds after it was available back on June 20th. It's stupid that they aren't being more transparent about this. I got a PayPal email a couple days ago but still no shipping confirmation.
It's clear that I am not going to get it by tomorrow.
