What is the sampling rate of Xbox One optical audio output ?

I got my 2 channel DAC connection to xbox one x via optical out. It only works when audio setting is set to stereo uncompressed. The sampling rate shows 48k.

My Xbox One X reports 48kHz DTS to the RX-A3070 receiver it's connected to by HDMI; however, even the most basic blu-ray player achieves the standard 96kHz so I'm uncertain if this is correct. It would be nice if Microsoft would actually tell us the sampling
rate. Hope this helps you some.

Thanks for coming to the forums. The only thing I can find is the checking audio settings Xbox one. as this information is proprietary.
Even under the
specs for Xbox one X for example, shows no sample ratings.

Sounds like there is a problem with the sample rate of the audio in-/output. 48khz vs. 44,1khz. I have the same problem sometimes with my cable receiver. Looks like the One sometimes is not getting the right sample rate. With my receiver it fixes itself
when I change the TV Program and force the One to renegotiate the audio input sample rate that way . Is there any way you can configure your audio output on your raspberry?
