What is the repair status of the controller I sent in?

I know how to check it on the site. It indicated when it was received, I checked it the following day and nothing. It appears as if there's no work order for it. It would be nice to know if they're still working on it, if they sent it back, when an estimated arrival would be, etc.

And as an aside, Microsoft's support system is infuriating to use. You can't chat or call them unless you have an issue they deem appropriate, and there are no options for "repair status not showing". I'm anticipating a generic, "Go to your account, click on the device, and look under work order to see the status." The work order isn't showing up. It's as if I never sent the controller in.

Can I please know what the status up my repair is? Thank you.

Unfortunately we have no way of viewing your status here. You'll have to contact support directly. You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you don't see those options, change the category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works.

I can’t check the repair status because The controller is no longer listed as one of my devices. And I can’t try connecting it to the Xbox because I sent it into be repaired. So,
