Sadly I couldnt tell you what the postal codes in Norway are. You may want to speak with MS Billing Support for help on this one.

Possibly check for a number like this? 0313 which is the area code for Oslo, Norway.

I can add that I am in Norway, and that my ISP is Direct Connect.

Yeah, I agree with you when you say it sounds like the problem is on their end, but to me it seems like we have the same problem.

Hi there, I'm also getting the same error code when trying to download Fallout New Vegas on Windows 11. I have downloaded other games before successfully. But right now it's just with this one. I'll add to this post if I notice it with others.
