    What is the point....


    After i shut down the one, its still running, i can clearly hear it. i thought this is supposed to be for game updates ect, so the console can get updates even when im not on.

    now halo has an update, why didnt the colsole downloaded this update for odst?

    now id like to know, is there a way to shut the xbox completely down, so its actualy shut down, because this feature makes no sense to me ....

    He killed the Quest Giver for the Cure in his haste of being Stage 4 in his Vampirism. Maybe he should have ran away, fed and then tried again but nope, pull out that sword and start killing the only guy in all of Skyrim that
    could have helped. Sounds reasonable...

    What is the point !

    I can't believe you're giving up on the game just because one of your characters contracted vampirism. Just do the quest to cure it. It's that easy. You don't have to shelve the game.

    Hi Phenom! Yes, there is a way for it to be completely shut down. The version of "shut down" which allows background updates is called "Instant On" mode. Also, the option to download updates in the background needs to be enabled as well in the "Power & Startup"
    menu. If you are in Instant On mode, but your updates are not downloading automatically, you might not have that option ticked. You can check by pressing Menu on your controller and going to Settings. Then, choose the Power & Startup option.

    In that location, you can also choose to change your power state from "Instant On" to "Energy Saver" mode. This is the mode in which no background updates will be allowed, and the console will be completely powered down into its lowest power state without
    completely unplugging it. (You will be able to tell if you are in Energy Saver or Instant On mode by looking at the power brick. If it is a white light after the Xbox completely powers down, then you are in Instant On. On the other hand, if you get a solid
    orange or amber light on the Power Supply, that means you are in Energy Saver.)

    You placed it on sleep-mode that allows you to download update even though you think that the console is already turned off.

    Read the users manual please.

    Don't blame the game for your inability to notice or heed the warnings of the progress of the vampirism disease. You had ample opportunity to do something about it BEFORE it got to this point and in fact STILL have a choice in curing it (not to mention the
    choice of living forward with the results of your action/lack there of). If you get into a wreck at four way intersection do you blame the road itself or your car for your inability to heed the stop sign? The disease factor isn't "dumb", blaming things other
    than yourself for your own action/ lack there of is "dumb".

    Perhaps Skyrim isn't for you, luckily there are far more games out there that require infinitely less thinking.

    I actually find myself hoping you are in fact trolling and that I'm a sucker for feeding you and not that you are in fact a grown man lacking this much comprehension and/or critical thinking skills. Like the game or don't but don't blame it for your problems.

    You can cure diseases by drinking the cure disease potion or by going to a shrine. From what I understand about vampirism, as long as you do either of those within a certain amount of time, you will be cured.

    That is the whole reason the game is rated M for Mature so it is right for a M game to have things like that. The point of a game being rated Mature is for kids to not play it. So by law in America it is legal. So if you do not want kids to see MATURE images
    in a MATURE game do not let them play the game in the first place. This is the whole reason the created the ESRB in the 90's in America.

    the way it works is not to ban that emblem , therefore some-one else can make the same, but to ban the person reported from using the emblem editor at all. i report them all too as some images i dont want my kids seeing when they pass he screen.
