What is the point of the Xbox strike system if you know it can be abused?

I believe the strike system can be abused due to the fact that there's always one who's going to feel some type of way or taking things out of context. for example a storyline in GTA if we talk about it in an online session someone's going to go out there way and strike you for using profanity

Still don,t know what I did Wrong that it would punish me four times in a roll. Sorry to say but that's Abuse of power from Xbox Enforcement it says for Activity feed, but if you know when you go to your pics or videos on your system and if where banned for it your video would not be there but it would say pic or video has being remove. I know because yes I was banned 3 years ago for a video some one didn't like 2 day suspension. Info still there video removed.Now I would not mind if they would suspend me for something but but this is ABUSE on their part CK the day and time on all

would not suspend me for a year so they suspend me for another 365 days giving them those other 2 strikes to do it.My point is this HOW can you PUNISH some one 4 times for same incident? This new system is stupid idk what smart person at Microsoft who was made in a test tube came up with this idea but I have been banned 2 times already one for 4 days and one for 8 days and it says my account did something not any voice msgs no normal msg just my account and I haven’t done anything and it doesn’t even give me a reason why I’m banned, it says “no details at this time” someone needs a slap in the enforcement department

We have a similar issue, gamerpic was reported twice in one day, got 2 loads of 3 strikes, so 6 strikes and a 22 day ban for having a hand drawn gamerpic of a face... xbox won't do anything.

How can they give such significant bans for a picture of a side profile of a face? I'm beyond words, all the money and time invested they need to up there game.

Agreed, just got fake reported in the middle of the night for what I can only assume was a video clip I upload from a game to a club a day ago unless you can get back reported from a long way back (it was a club for that game and straight from the Xbox so not digitally altered) the text was nothing bad at all, or even mean.

I have never done anything at all wrong with my account since I got it with a new Xbox 360 like almost what 20 years ago.

Found your post by searching this stupid system, I mean I’m comm banned for a day, I only play with my wife in the same room (I haven’t played with anyone else in months!) won’t tell me what it was and I have no means to submit it as a fake report.

System abused here. Honestly I am just probably going to stop interacting with the community all together, we just play by ourselves and that’s it these days.
