What Is the Hidden door under Windhelm map for?

This is a Pic of under Windhelm on world map, not under Windhelm on Windhelm map. just to clarify.

not really, open previously key locked doors, disable nigh invincible security systems, show hidden doors...and/or make it some awesome hidden treasure map to something really sweet ala the shoot 'em in the head quest in fo3 times like 10, maybe a room full
of pristine prewar equipment like the end of operation anchorage.

Keep your valuables hidden, under the floor board, behind a painting or wall. Signs and doors allow paintings to cover them, allowing you to walk through the painting. -This is how I hide mine.

I've never heard of that before...

I know on the Nuclear reactor level (3, I think). You can go outside. There's a secret hidden behind a secret door in the central room, that'll open *another* secret door on the other side of the map that lets you outside. There's probably a youtube video
out there that'll explain that better...

Hey Old PepsiMan, there was a problem with mine to. I am going to look for what I did that worked.............hold tight. I cant find it anymore. I watched a youtube vid of it. Long of the short, I went outside windhelm Back/side door , saved came back
in went to graveyard and it started quest. I think there was something I did outside but cant remember that step.



When I jump on today I will get the location of that door for you. I want to say north east on the map but am unsure till I jump back on game.



It was simple and took no time at all.
