    what is the fix for the unable to connect to your user profile?!?!


    WTF microsoft? why can i no longer log onto my xbox one profile account???? ive tried everything, turning off the xbox, router, ISP modem, ect. nothing works... 0x80a40002 oh yea, and your website doesn't know what its own error code stands for! wtf.

    Cannot connect to Microsoft Solitaire Collection

    It has been almost a month that I have been unable to connect to the Microsoft Solitaire Collection on my Desktop PC, WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM, please fix it, or, have you chosen to remove the on-line ability to connect? There is nothing wrong with my Internet
    connections, the problem is on your side.

    so there is no profile to sign out from.

    I am also unable to recover my profile, although I can start a brand new profile and connect to Live with that perfectly. What's the problem?

    whenever i load a game it immediately disconnects me from xbox live.

    whats more, i can't even sign into a profile. i will test my network, it will connect to xbox live, then i will try and sign into my Live profile and it will say "unable to connect to xbox live"
