What is the deal with xBox Live Family accounts/how do I change my email?

Originally had a Family account, then those got discontinued. Still, everything about my account is showing the "admins" contact information, not mine. Are the accounts still connected? If so, is there a way to separate them, now that the family accounts
have been dissolved? How would I do about changing my email from the xboxlivefamily.com one to another?

How do I change our xbox live family account to my husbands rather than my sons' account? Right now my son is the primary. I need that changed.

Hey everyone,

I have an XBOX Live Gold Family subscription that was originally purchased under my son's account.

This makes his account the primary and controlling account with payment options, etc.

I want to change this so that my Windows Live ID is the primary account.

Anyone know how to do this?

I hope I'm going in the right direction here. You may want to try and move your profile to a different Microsoft Account.

Create a Microsoft account using the email you wish to link to you profile.

You can do this by following the instructions here.

Keep in mind though, to change the Microsoft account associated with a child account, you must provide the Microsoft account information for the adult account that has parental control.
