What is the best xbox one headset available?

They are getting ready to release a completely wireless set of Turtle Beaches in early Oct. Forget the exact date but they are like $230.00

Astro has some new headsets/mixamps coming for X1. They are an amazing headset. Not sure on a release yet though.

 

Astro are usually crazy expensive

I had some back in the day for CS:S and they cost a fortune back then

 

They are expensive but they last. I've had mine for 4 years with no decline in audio quality. I used TBs prior to that and they didn't even last a year.

 

My wife will never let me get those

Maybe I break my XO7s ? lol

I got the Tango one for $100. I love them but people get mad when I don't hear them knocking.

I have mine on pre-order through Amazon and they do not ship until end of month October. It is the only headset due to come out at the moment to not need the chat adapter. 100% wireless.

 

Any idea why it has an Oct 15th release date at gamestop?

It would be convienent to get them before Advanced warfare comes out so I have time to get use to them.

 

I also use the Turtle Beach XO Sevens. They work great! No problems whatsoever.

 

I will be preordering a pair of turtle beach stealth 500x this week. I called gamestop and they confirmed Oct 16th.

Two weeks to break them in before advanced warfare.

 

Personally I wouldn't get my hopes up from what Gamestop says. It was originally due to ship Oct 31. This was straight from TB. I was originally scheduled a ship date to me of Nov 4 which falls in line of Oct 31 original date. I got an email from Amazon
2 days ago stating the receive date got moved to Nov 6 to me. If you look right on TB website it states:The Stealth 500X will be available to ship on November 4, 2014.
