What is the best way to get more disk space on an XBox 360 S?

I have an XBox 360 S with a 250GB drive (internal) only. i'd like to add more space. is it better to replace the internal drive with a larger drive and attempt to copy the old data to the new drive? Or, and this would be preferred, how would i go about simply
adding another drive? There are 500GB generic drives on Amazon, just wondering what the better solution would be. Thanks

We have that also, but the initial disk space (if you're using disks) would be far more than what we're getting on the 360.

Why not utilizse all that extra space?

 

Is it possible to move game saves onto a memory stick to save memory space

My hardrive is running low on memory and I was wondering whether there was a way to move some of my files to save disk space by either connecting a large another memory stick or my 360 to a computer to save disk space? If not what brand hardrives, besides
Microsoft, are compatible with the 360?

 

You can add an external hard drive for up to 2TB of extra storage space. I would just add an extra hard drive and keep the 250gb installed.

 

Like stated above, it'd be better in my opinion to just buy an external hard drive and attach it to your 360. So you have extra space from your new hard drive, as well as the 250 gb on your internal hard drive.

Seagates are known to have issues woth the 360, but any other hard drive will do. Just plug it in via USB.
