    what is the best way to get in contact with support for an issue about my account?


    Ive spend a lot of money on my account on outlook and can no longer get in to it because it was hacked. my outlook email is connected to my Xbox account which is very important to me because I have spent over 1000 dollars on Xbox alone over the course of 7 years. I have all the necessary information to prove i am the owner of the account and still have emails, recipes, and the account is still on my Xbox. I really need help here because im on day 5 of trying to get in contact and have still had no luck. I would just like to get in contact with a support member ASAP.

    Thanks for reaching out to us, the best way to get your Billing issue resolved, I'd recommend contacting your Support Team as they would have the tools needed to get the issue resolved.
    Certainly, that's what I did--3 times. I'll try the phone method today. Really, my post was more about MIcrosoft's terrible response to the support requests.

    sometimes things can happen that aren't expected or meant to happen, and the people in the forums have no way to tell why etc.

    Regarding the issue it may be best to contact Xbox Support to see what they advise to fix the issue, it may require you to move one of the accounts (the correct or wrong one) to a different Microsoft Account.

    But like I said contact Xbox Support to see what they think is best.
