What is network error code HUENEME-NEGEV when loading Black Ops 6?

Hello

I've have recently switched broadband supplier, however my series X is connected to the internet, NAT type is Open and tested multiplayer settings which are showing as working fine.

However I cannot load up Black Ops 6 and get the error message HUENEME-NEGEV.

Does anyone know what this means and how it can be fixed?

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

We may just need to perform troubleshooting steps such as extended powercycle and reset the network hardware by following the steps below:

" 1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state."

I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue, are other games working?

Does this issue happen when the other Xbox systems are logged in too? Does it persists when the other Xbox systems are powered off?

I'm playing on pc, windows 11 and it is only in Black Ops 6. I don’t have any code but the error message is "Error code : Lost connection to host/server"

Its an error code for the game. The one you listed doesn't appear to exist so it may be a combination code between Bravo 381 Ghost Wolf and Bravo 433 Sky Wolf.

And I quote from the support article, "Bravo 381 Silver Wolf,
Bravo 381 Orange Wolf and Bravo 381 Ghost Wolf usually indicate an interruption occurred while connecting to gaming network services. Causes can include a gaming network outage or excessive load when connecting to the gaming network."
and then, "Bravo 433 Sky Wolf indicates there was an error when fetching a player’s stats. Players who encounter this error should restart the game to establish a new network connection. If the error persists, restart your router and console."

thats not what I am getting why is no one listing I get the code when I try an load my black ops 3 xbox one game but don't get it when trying to load other games
