I do not understand what or how I have violated the behavioral rules. It's just a search for players who want to trade ingame.

I would like to talk to a support about it which is bad, I do not see it bad if I want to trade with other people.

Customer support will not be able to assist you with this matter nor anybody here on the forums. The only place you can go to get information on your suspension is

https://enforcement.xbox.com/. If you are not eligible for a case review then you will need to wait out the suspension. You may not be eligible simply because you have a 24 hour ban and those cannot be appealed. You can
confirm the length of the suspension on the same site.

To provide some information, your looking for group post actually does violate the Xbox Live Code of Conduct and is considered a form of an unauthorized transaction to use your account to trade in-game content with others. I will provide the code of conduct
along with the relevant bullet points:
