    What is needed to buy microsoft complete for Xbox SX?


    I managed to buy an Xbox SX on launch day right from the store on my xbox one x, I am not 100% sure whether the console has shipped yet (but the money did come out of my bank), but I wish to buy microsoft complete for my SX to make sure if anything goes
    wrong with it. I know I need to get it within 45 days of purchase, what info will I need to show in order to get my SX Microsoft complete protected? Just my receipt from my online purchase? Or will I need also my consoles serial #?

    Xbox Series X keeps shutting off

    Same here, my day one SX died in May due to a power supply unit failure and now my second SX that was replaced is now having these crashes. Started on August 1st after 60 plus hours in Scarlet Nexus SX version then RE Village SX after I completed everything in the game then Deaths Door SX will not even make it to the starting menu. It seems the only games I can play are ones not optimized for SX titles. Microsoft really needs to fix these issues because by this Friday i'll have my third replacement and honestly scared to even play anything on it.

    This has been covered and been mentioned as it has been a big concern. Right now, yes you can use your external SSD to play Xbox One and Xbox 360 games but you will not be able to play stored SX games on the external SSD. To be able to able to play
    SX games they need to installed on the Series X's SSD not the external one.
    Thanks. kinda sucks that my SSD won't be as good as when it was on xbox one. But I'll just have to buy a memory card...

    Maybe Fantom Drives will build a custom fit part for the Xbox SX like they did with the Xbox One...

    I'll probably take whatever is cheaper... ^_^

    p.s. t might still be worth it if I have a 3.0 USB and a good enough cable... But even then if what your saying is true. then it probably won't work.
