There is almost always a good reason for the suspension but tou should take this up with the enforcement team.

Oh god... Okay. The problem is, with a game like GTA V, I think this is impossible to get a good reputation. This a game who there is a lot of bad players who blame other players for their own responsabilty. I'm scared about thinking I can
not play a game quieltly without taking the risk of being totaly ban because of players mentality...

Thank you very much for bringing this issue to our attention. We're sorry to hear about the account suspension. The moderators, ambassadors and volunteer moderators do not have the ability to manage enforcement actions on an account. In most cases,
we recommend to appeal the decision made by the enforcement team. This can be done by submitting a case review. This process can be completed at the

Xbox Enforcement Team's website. Since your suspension is only 24 hours, you must wait until the suspension time is completed. The decisions are made and upheld by the enforcement team. We hope this helps!

Keep in mind that a reputation isn't the only thing to look at when it comes to enforcement. You can have a bad reputation and never get suspended. The opposite is true with a good rep player getting banned.

Enforcement will never issue out any actions based on reports alone. Every report will get investigated by an enforcement action. I would also like to point out that sending profanity, even if its not directed towards anyone, is still not allowed on Xbox
live as per the
Code of conduct.
