Dependig on which profile and which address you mean, it might be one of the following:

Your Xbox Profile can be found at this internet address: https://account.xbox.com/profile

The profile of your Microsoft Account can be found at this Internet address: https://account.microsoft.com

This is also the website, where you can change the actual "physical" address (i.e. the street address where you live, your "billing address") of your account.

If you have forgotten the email address of your Microsoft Account, the "Forgot the Microsoft Account Email Address for your
Xbox Live account? Learn How to Find It." website will help you find it.

If you have other "profile addresses" in mind, please tell us so.
