    Hi,

    Unfortunately your machine doesn't meet the minimum requirements to run FH4. You've only got 4GB of RAM and most likely only an integrated graphics processor in the form of an Intel HD 3000.

    This hardware isn't enough to boot the game, regardless of other possible missing software components.
