What is Mircosoft doing and why are they making everything as difficult as possible.

I have four accounts for xbox on my PC. Me, wife, and two kids. Its easier to redeem stuff for them such as gift cards and everything on the PC instead of them struggling to redeem them on the console. (They are young) I can redeem one just fine but as soon as i get to the other kid it just ALWAYS signs the first kids back in. Sign him out then boom back to signed in. Sign him in on the store...guess what signed back in. Clicked the do not keep me signed in, doesnt matter will still keep him signed in. Only seem to happen in the last month. And PC game pass, why not give me a option to remove the big friends banner on the home screen. If i wanted to see who was online i will click it and check. Absolutely the worst PC game launcher out there. I will rather use Epic, Uplay, and even EA. And sure would be nice if i could remove my elite series 2 from my PC. Failed to remove every single time i go and try to remove it. I can go through registry and remove the device and somehow it magically pops up.

This would make a helpful feedback suggestion for the Microsoft family app or the Xbox family app. It would be good if you could select a child's account from the app and select an option to redeem a code on their account. This way it will redeem on their account. However, this option isn't available. Please can you go to this page and suggest this as feedback: Microsoft Family Safety · Community

In terms of a workaround, if you have Edge installed on your computer, you can sign into the edge browser using your child's accounts. Thus, you can quickly navigate between the profiles and redeem codes. To set up profiles on Edge, please:

Launch the Edge browser on your PC,
Click onto your profile picture in the to-left,
Click onto set up new personal profile,
Sign into your children's profile and follow the instructions.

You will be able to click onto the avatar and switch between your profiles. This setting is also available in Google Chrome.

Hi,

Another way to cancel your subscription is by going to your Microsoft account page (https://account.microsoft.com/).

While on the account page, go to "Services and subscriptions".

On the "Services and subscriptions" page you will see all your subscriptions.

Click on the "manage" button next to the Game Pass subscription, this will bring you to the page for your Game Pass subscription.

Here you can either Cancel, Change or change your payment options.

You should be able to cancel it at http://commerce.microsoft.com If not, you'll need to contact support and speak to billing and they will cancel it for you. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
