    What is Microsoft's problem with customer support and processing payments.


    I have tried several times contacting customer support and tried two different chats which all has consumed a considerable amount of my time all to find out in the end that you are having difficulties processing payments at this time. Are you guys kidding
    me? you release poor unreliable hardware and then you allow me to spend hours on the phone and in chats trying 4 different credit cards numerous times to then find out after 4 ^$*&*&%#$(^ days that your system can't process credit card payments. get your
    heads out of the black hole where the sun doesn't shine and accept another form of payment! If you accepted Paypal to pay for accessories I would have a new power supply on its way already as of Monday. It is now Thursday and literally nothing has been accomplished.
    Someone higher up in Microsoft needs to tell the CSR's that credit card payments are currently not working so your not wasting everyone's god damn time! Absolutely ridiculous customer support.

    I was using Chrome and had turned off all ad blockers, but I went to Firefox and tried again. This time it did what I expected. It asked me for a call back number and gave me an estimated call back time.
