What is Microsoft going to do seeing how I couldn't use my xbox one even offline for well ...

For the past hour and a half I have not been able to log into my own xbox one and play a game offline. I understand that xbox live has issue from time to time. I have faced them over the past 7 years of being a member but I have never not been able to at
least play a game on a $500 device by myself. I can understand no live but to have a device sitting there worthless is not acceptable to me. I never complain as in if the admins can look at my account can see but this issue just isn't ok. So it seems if my
internet ever goes out I won't even be able to play my xbox and that also is not ok. I would like to know what Microsoft is going to do for those of us that faced this issue as if anybody is like me spend thousands of dollars each year on Microsoft products.

Xbox Repair and Expedited Shipping

I faced the same issue, one hour ago, I went to an fedex office store and the clerk told that the payment was just for the shipping even after I showed her the Microsoft message so to finish the discussion I paid 10 dollar more for the packing

The message is clear so I do not what is the issue but I blame Microsoft, and after seeing all the troubles to try to get a refund, I am just going to wait to receive back my console

Xbox One not detecting Wifi after downloading new dashboard.

Same thing is happening to me. After the dash board update my console went offline and no longer detects my wifi unless I do a complete factory reset. If I turn off my Xbox I have to do it all over to get back online. I called Microsoft and after about an
hour on the phone they couldn't come up with a solution.

 

Is this happening with a specific game, or all of your games?

 

I have this same issues every time the Xbox one live network goes down I cant even login offline and as much as the network has gone down on me since launch the not even being able to login offline and play games offline is getting old because every body
know that if you cant sign in to your profile you cant play from your save game
