What is madden 17 ultimate team messing up

You might try uninstalling the game and reinstalling but if that does not help resolve the issue be sure to reach out to
EA's support team!

Just to clarify, have you checked your Unopened Packs section in Madden NFL 17? From your Main Menu, select "Ultimate Team" and then scroll to the far right and check your "Unopened Packs" box. If there's nothing there, try editing your roster or playing
a game and checking again. In theory forcing the server to resync should make your in-game content pop.
