    Can i play singapore set xbox one in japan?

    Singapore domestic Mains supply is 230volts 50hz and Japan's domestic Mains supply 100 Volts 50hz / 60Hz

    didn't know Japan's domestic was only 100v ?

    Actually I live in China, I got this bundle from Japan, that's the reason I chose HK server for my first regitration, it seems that phone in Japan will not be helpful.

    Is possible for me to have the the email of XBox JP? It's better for me to write instead of call.

    Japan is definitely supported. I used it from my hotel in Shinjuku a few months ago.

    you describe what happens differently when you use your phone? Are you using your phone on Wi-Fi or on the cellular network? Please try it on the same network as your PC and see what happens
