What is happening with my Xbox series X….

So I sent my Xbox series X in for repair and it got to the repair center in Texas last friday. It still says it’s still in processing … my Xbox was opened before it went to the repair center by a third party but only to be looked at to tell my the issue not repaired I declined repair to have it sent to Microsoft as the third party repair store said it was a mother board issue and they could not fix it.. However it clearly states in Microsoft’s warranty terms that they only void warranty’s for liquid or physical damage.. however I am still nervous and just want some peace of mind.. it got to the center on a Friday.. so are the repair centers open on weekends? Also since it’s been their now for 3 days does that mean it’s getting repaired? Would they have already sent it back if the warranty was to be voided? It still says my warranty is in good standing and I paid the extra $10 for faster service… someone please help me understand weather I’m going to get a working console back…

It’s happened on my Xbox Series X

My series X is in the basement and is connect via wireless to the internet. I do not use the Xbox one and it isn’t even plugged in. What is confusing me is that before I got the series X I never had this issue. It only happened once I got the series x. That is what’s making this frustrating because it is the newer console but having this issue. Could it possibly be something with the system itself?

I have powered cycle my Xbox series X and still it says that am on the home screen when am on Disney plus .

Am at a total loss of what is happening with the apps
