What is happening with moder warfar 2

If we purchase the game again does that mean we will be billed twice? Or how about a refund, why if you were not able to charge at all then just give back the credit into the xbox account to try and buy the game normally?

Just a friendly reminder for pre-ordered games, we will be charged 10 days prior to the game releases, which means last October 18, 2022, up until before October 28, 2022, they attempted to get the charge for the game.

I am currently installing Modern Warfare 2 Remastered but i do not know what will happen.
